Show Bihar what you create. The Bihar Creator Spotlight Challenge is a free opportunity for singers, dancers, photographers, anchors, performers, mentors and digital creators to introduce their talent through one short original video.

Your BiharCreators profile is your entry pass. Add your talent category, district, short bio and public work links so audiences can discover you beyond this challenge.
How to enter
- Create or complete your free BiharCreators profile.
- Record one original 30–60 second video that clearly shows your talent.
- Publish it on Instagram or YouTube and submit the public link through the Submit a Reel page.
- Keep your profile public and accurate while entries are reviewed.
No entry fee. Every submission is moderated. Selection is based on originality, presentation, demonstrated skill and profile completeness.
Eligibility
Open to creators across Bihar. Participants under 18 must use the platform’s guardian-consent process.
Rules
1. Create or complete one genuine BiharCreators profile.
2. Submit one original 30–60 second talent video using a public Instagram or YouTube link.
3. The creator must own the submitted performance and have permission from everyone shown.
4. One entry per creator.
5. Unsafe, hateful, misleading, copied or rights-infringing content will be rejected.
6. Participation is free and does not guarantee selection, payment or bookings.
Judging criteria
Originality and creative identity — 35%
Clarity and presentation — 25%
Demonstrated talent or expertise — 25%
Profile completeness — 15%

Selected approved creators may receive a BiharCreators Spotlight feature on the website and BiharCreators social channels, subject to editorial review. Participation does not guarantee selection, payment or bookings.
